About the event
April 22 marks the 55th Earth Day! We are coming together for a second time to clean-up our local park and help keep our environment clean. Join us for a community service event with the Alice Ferguson Foundation and the National Park Service to help keep our environment clean.
At 10:00am we will gather together at the park to pick up trash near the shoreline (if you are under the age of 15 you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian) . All cleaning materials will be provided (please ensure you wear comfortable shoes and clothing).
At 11:45am we will begin our creative arts session, where you will get to create your own masterpiece out of clean trash materials provided by the Alice Ferguson Foundation.
